Surrendering bliss | 2020
An experimental short film that explores the feelings of paranoia, anxiety and addiction all through the use of footage found in the public domain created during the 1950s & 1960s. It delves into questionable thoughts around emotion, the feeling of isolation - a common experience shared by the world during 2020.
Using a mixture of gritty overlays and saturated blend modes, I wanted to create an unorthodox visual that often questions itself and leaves something with you, something you can't quite comprehend.
